Adds the Metal Gear Solid alert sound every time the Plasma gunners fire their guns
On request from Bristly, this adds the MGS alert noise to the plasma gunner's firing noise. Makes it a little easier to hear and react.
This mod has an dependency on the SimpleAudio mod to provide the MGS alert noise spatially.
If you do not have Audio installed, it will just offer the option for the Sniper flash noise to trigger on their spin up.
