NPC Textures-Modders Ressource

So what can I do with this Textures?

If you are skilled in Photoshop or any other editing Software you can change

the Textures so you can for example change the Hair colour of an NPC.

You can change everything......dump question actually.

Make Texturemods and release them on Nexus.

Thats why its called Modders Resources...

Will this change my Game if I install the Textures?

Ofc not idiot, those are the vannila textures

The File Format of the Textures is (tga). tga can be used for example in Photoshop CC.

How did you get the Textures?

I used the Quick and dirty Bloodlines Tool v. 3. 9a.

Inside I used the VPK extractor and extracted all the files from the pack(...).vpk files After this I went to the materials folder to the characters section for all textures from the npcs in all 4 towns (chinatown,downtown,hollywood and santa monica).

There I converted all the ttz files to tga (with the Bloodlines Tool).

You can not get 100% (textures sounds etc) from the material Folder there is 10 times more Content avaible thats why you need to get them out of the vpk files.

What are youre plans?

I want to make all Textures sounds or whatever there is avaible so modders can change (edit) it and upload more mods that way.

Why are you doing this?

• []Boredom []It took me 2 Days to actually find a way to make those Textures workable because the only tool I found has no tutorial and you can not play around with a converter without destroying those files and even crash youre Game. []If I can find a way to make it easier to mod Textures Sound etc. People might or might not actually make more mods. []Because it sucks that such a Gem in Roleplaying Games has no real Modding Community. []Boredem again []I Love this Game
