Valheim Redesign

Through my ravenous hatred for the senseless punishing game design choices for Valheim I have worked furiously on making the game less annoying and giving the player more freedom to enjoy the game and relax.

Restricting building height or extensive damage from minor sources like falling or touching fire structures simply ruins the fun in a sandboxing game in my opinion. Almost everything can be changed in the config but I don't advise it as it can either lead to aspects being overpowered or straight up broken. I have extensively tested everything and balanced the values.

I recommend installing "XPortal" together with this mod.

1. Download: https://valheim.thunderstore.io/package/denikson/BepInExPack_Valheim/

2. Unpack and move the content of "BepInExPack_Valheim" into "...\Valheim\" game folder

3. Download this mod file, unpack and copy the ValheimRedesign.dll into the "...\Valheim\BepInEx\plugins\" folder.

Modifications:

- wind set to be ignored (no matter what the symbol shows)

- rudder and sail speed increased

- rudder speed is now dependant on the amount of players being present in the boat (just imagine the paddles, lol)

- acceleration delay reduced (smooth time), steering now feels more responsive

- base sail force decreased but increased for karve and viking ship so their speed is different

- swimming:

- if you are not moving your stamina slowly recovers

- minimum swim skill stamina drain decreased 5 -> 3

- maximum swim skill stamina drain decreased 2 -> 0. 1

- fall damage decreased 100% -> 50%

- build height and dig depth increased to 200

- all building structures are always stable (support value increased 1 -> 200)

- fire damage over time from the status effect decreased 100% -> 0% (you still take damage while standing in fire)

- crafting stations don't require a roof and usage range increased 20 -> 40

- indestructible: portals, karves and viking ships can't be destroyed by damaging them

- Obliterator(Incinerator): changed arrow and bolt conversion amount to 5

- portals: there is no item teleport restriction anymore (tooltips not changed, ignore them)

- jump stamina decreased 100% -> 50%

- lightsources: braziers, sconces and standing iron torches don't need fuel

- Wisp torches always lit (sometimes
