📋 About This Mod
Raidheim
New way to play Valheim. You start a new world with a new character. A timer appears in the map. Get there, gather whatever gear you can. After the timer is over, you are invaded by waves of enemies. Once you beat them, a new timer at a new location is given.
This mod is oriented at hardcore players, looking for a new challenge. It's in an early stage of development, feedback is appreciated! I tested the mod playing in a group of 3 people. I suspect it might be extremely difficult solo, but do try it and let me know!
Installation

[]At the moment, only the person hosting the server needs to install the mod.

]You need BepInEx for this mod to work.[]Place the RaidDefence.dll inside you BepInEx/Plugins folder.
[]Start game, create new world and new character, wait for your friends to join, write "/raids init" to start playing Raidheim!
[]The mod kind of makes the in-game chat unusable, sorry :/
General gameplay flow

[]Write "/raids init" in chat
[]You'll get something like "00:45:00 until next raid" in the map.
[]Go that location, build a base, gather gear. Anything you can get in the limited amount of time. You are not supposed to have enough time - pick your priorities.
[]After timer is over, "Wave 1" will start. The target location will be invaded by enemies, you will have to kill them all in the limited amount of time.
[]If you fail a raid at any point, you will be given a new 15 minute timer and the raid will restart.
[]If you beat the first wave, a new wave will start after 10 seconds.
[]The final wave is a boss. Kill it to finish the raid.
[]A new timer will appear in the map. Go there, gather gear, prepare for the next raid!
At the moment, there are 5 raids added - 1 for each boss. If you beat everything first time, it should take you around 15 hours to complete. I am planning to add more raids after that - without bosses, but with some crazy waves of monsters!
Tips
[]Sleep as much as you can. Sleeping advances in game time, but not raid time, allowing you to grow crops and smelt ore faster.
[]Plan ahead - if you need to craft mead, you have to start fermenting it early on, otherwise it might be too late.
[]Work together - attack one monster at a time, come up with strategies.
