This mod was not made for BepInEx, but you can use InSlimVML with Bep to make this work by following this tutorial.
This mod will not affect other players who do not have it.
This hasn't been tested on dedicated servers, contact me if something unexpected occurs.
This won't break your existing portals, you just won't be able to teleport through them.
