Fitness Skill

Adds a Fitness skill to the game. This increases your maximum base stamina and regen and is increased by using stamina.

Default Config:

## Increment to increase skill per use of a full bar of stamina

## Base Max Stamina. The default is 75 which is the same as the unmodded game

## Maximum stamina multiplier (at level 100). Minimum 1

## Base Regen. The default is 5 which is the same as the unmodded game
