[Type2] Deck Properly Awash

Update: I changed the default config (different tanks used) so the conning tower should be usable again, however this also means that the sub will be slightly higher in the water - still lower than vanilla - being slightly more visable compared to the previous version. Eventually the goal will be to achieve a middle ground between the two settings. Disclaimer: this is essentially an early access version of this mod, it works fine and during testing i didn't find any major issues, but I will continue to work on this mod so expect frequent (stable) updates and significant changes. More details about this at the end of this description. This mod floods a different combination of ballast tanks compared to the vanilla game when using the Deck Awash preset on Type II subs, resulting in reduced buoyancy and making the sub sit lower in the water. This reduces visibility significantly when running deck awash, at the cost of some additional top speed. The mod is fully compatible with existing saves and all other mods i know of, and can be enabled or disabled at any point without any lasting effects. Currently the mod only engages when activating deck awash on the surface. When switching to deck awash while diving, the default deck awash preset from the game will be used instead to preserve that option - to re-engage the modded behaviour instead order full surface and then switch back to deck awash once buoyancy reaches at least ~60% (please not this number is significantly higher than with the Type VII version of this mod, where re-flooding at 30% is fine).
