De Havilland DHC2 Beaver Seaplane

De Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver Seaplane Here is one of my favorite seaplanes. It flies very stable and with good response, much better than my first seaplane. It is well suited to explore the world of the new High Seas expansion. Strong winds are no problem - as long as you are flying ;-). The original DHC-2 was primarily designed to operate as a multipurpose and bush plane that could do short takeoffs and landings. It was and is still the preferred aircraft of Canadian bush pilots. First flight was about 1947. Even today some of them are still in use. On some of them the radial engine is replaced by a turboprop engine. No complexity is left. It is easy to use without useless frills… Features: -two seats -it flies -and it floats…. Steering for flight: WSAD = you know… Space = Toggle engine (Wait for realistic engine start!) Steering on water surface ( On the High Seas map it is almost useless ): A D = Turn left/right + slow forward (No need to start the Prop engine before!!!) A+D = Press both together to drive forward only ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hier ist eines meiner favorisierten Wasserflugzeuge. Es fliegt sehr stabil und hat gute Ruderreaktionen, viel besser als mein erstes Wasserflugzeug. Es ist sehr gut geeignet um die Welt der neuen High Seas Expansion zu erkunden. Starker Wind ist kein Problem – solange man fliegt ;-). Die original DHC-2 war in erster Linie als Mehrzweck und Buschflugzeug für kurze Starts und Landungen gedacht. Sie war und ist immer noch das bevorzugte Fluggerät kanadischer Buschpiloten. Der Erstflug erfolgte um 1947. Selbst heute sind einige davon noch in Gebrauch. Bei einigen wurde der Sternmotor gegen einen Turboprop-Antrieb getauscht. Das Komlexitätslimit ist errreicht. Einfache Handhabung ohne nutzlosen Schnickschnack… Features: - zwei Sitze - es fliegt -und es schwimmt… Flugsteuerung: WSAD = wie immer… Space = Motor einschalten (Realistischen Start abwarten!)
