Sea Dragons

This mod adds in Sea Dragons and Helldrakes for the Dark Elves. This mod were created as part of the Modding Den's Mod Jam 2021. Description Sea Dragons are single-entity monsters and they can't fly like other dragons. They have a "Briney Breath" attack that imparts a "waterlogged" debuff, lower magic resistance but raising fire resistance. Sea Dragons are recruited from the tier 5 Dragon Hatchery building. Helldrakes are smaller Sea Dragons that fight in a pack and have frenzy. Helldrakes are recruited from the tier 4 Beastmaster's Stables building. These unit benefit from skills, technologies, and buildings, tool-tips have been updated to reflect this. An Admiral can get a Sea Dragon as a mount at level 20. They keep their crossbow attack while mounted. Lokhir gets a special Sea Dragon mount as well.
