Lord Mortkin - Norscan Legendary Lord

Adds in Lord Mortkin as a playable LL for Norsca, leading his own faction - the Fell Legion - that takes up residence where the Goromadny used to be. Has access to a fully fleshed out skill-tree, unique rites, army abilities, a Horde mechanic, unique Legendary Hero, unique RoR, and 2 new heavy infantry units also unique to his faction. Also adds two additional Lords to the Norscan faction - Zakhar of the Sightless Eye and Wulric the Black. Former lord has access to custom Lore of Tzeentch, which is available for use by a new Shaman-Sorcerer unit for all Norscan factions. Requires Mixu's unlocker to play. Special thanks to the C&C Modding Discord as a whole for all the amazing help they've given me with this mod. In particular to Vandy, Mixxu, Aexerael Dex, Squiggy, and Togau. You guys rock. Special thanks to Grimmulf for testing the mod and putting up with my shit production schedule. Fully tested. Largely bug and crash free. Has access to all Norscan faction mechanics through the unlocker. This guy's a pretty big deal in the background, so read about him here: https://warhammerfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Mortkin Not required, but I recommend Mixu's Legendary Lords 1 mod pack since it adds in a unique Valmir von Raukov for him to beat the shit out of. Ratings and Feedback are very much appreciated. Grimhammer Compatible Version: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2386783136 OvN: Should be compatible now.
