Happiness Matters (WH2/ME)

In vanilla WH2 the level of public order does only affect the High Elf factions. This mod adds this game mechanic to all other factions, but only affects the tax income. It increases or decreases the tax income of a province in relation to how happy its inhabitants are (from -15% to +15%). The effect is shown by a small icon at the bottom of the province summary window. This only works for factions that can own provinces and also affects the AI. COMPATIBILITY Works for WH2 and ME.
