Based on the original mod by AllTheNamesAreGone. At the beginning of each workday, all beavers are shuffled between houses to minimize travel distance between their homes and workplaces. The algorithm used is based on a first come first served ordering. The calculations are therefore not guaranteed to make the best result, but it does execute quickly and gives a far better result than assignment to homes and jobs at random that the game uses by default.
