Toronto Policies

📋 About This Mod
Toronto-specific policy changes, such as the drinking age being 19, road speed reduced to half, taxes being high and real estate prices simply wild. This is Toronto, after all. Difficulty: Very High. Update 1, June 28, 2024: Reduced the base tax rate (67% > 48%) after learning from the developer that this is not a multiplier but an actual percentage. This is misrepresented in the game UI as a multiplier. 48% may still be too high, will play the map and adjust as needed.
