City of Toronto

The City of Toronto, following the developers guide to design Calgary. Mod Dependancies are required, including the developer's own "Unique Canada," in addition to "Toronto Policies" and "Toronto Sites." The additions will allow the map of Toronto to generate the map using local landmarks (CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Royal Ontario Museum, Art Gallery of Ontario... and well, more Tim Horton's than should be necessary), while also applying the appropriate city policies and drinking age. The difficulty of this map should be considered Very High, due to the high cost of living to be in the Toronto core.
