They Are Billions Mods

Here are a couple mods that tweak the game a little, changing survival, campaign, and custom maps whenever applicable. To use a mod, put the mod file of choice into your TAB directory and rename it to ZXRules.dat. (For example ““ZXRules - Lategame Mod with Heroes.dat” → “ZXRules.dat” . (This map is just a placeholder to create a workshop entry, but you can also build a sandbox city on it if you like). The directory you are looking for is Not the one in your Documents directory. It will be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\They Are Billions\. It contains ZXRules.dat near the bottom. The game seems to have no problems changing between mods. For example, if you continue a save game that was made while playing with a different mod, it just changes all your unit and building stats as appropriate. Note that if you save and quit out of a modded game where you have built the heroes, remove the mod, and then continue your save, you will now have ordinary campaign heroes (If they die, you lose). On the other hand, if you somehow die in the official campaign while your heroes are modded, it might not end the game in defeat; just resign from the mission objectives screen to try again. ----- Mod Files The “ZXRules Unmodded.dat” file can be used to return the game to standard. The “ZXRules - Survival 900%.dat” makes all the survival maps the same difficulty as Caustic Lands. The first 3 maps perform almost identical to Caustic Lands except for appearance (The deep forest has a few more treasure pickups, but that tileset puts lots of random rocks into your forests, reducing wood income). If people would test the Frozen Highlands for me and tell me if I made it too hard, that would be great. Note that the question is NOT "Is it hard?" The question is "Is it the same difficulty as Caustic Lands?"
