DLSS Frame Gen Ghosting HDR Fix

This is a ready-made engine.ini that ONLY fixes the DLSS Frame Gen Ghosting that happens when HDR is enabled by changing only one setting.

Other mods may also fix this issue, but they all bundle in a bunch of other changes (at time of upload). I wasn't sure what the side effects of those other changes might be, so I made my own narrowly tailored engine.ini fix using the solution posted by fakiresky on Reddit

Install Instructions

Open the game at least once and close it, then you can directly download/extract my Engine.ini to paste in:

%localappdata%\Arkansas\Saved\Config\Windows

(Press Win + R , type the path above and click Enter to open the folder directly)

then Right-Click on it -> Properties -> make sure the "Read-Only" box is selected -> Apply/OK

For Xbox PC version only:

Go and paste it into:

%localappdata%\Arkansas\Saved\Config\WinGDK
