All changes are made live and are saved to your character.

Fully compatible with mods that change appearance.

  How to install

  • []Install Blueprint Mod Loader

    []Extract archive files in folder in C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TheOuterWorlds2\Arkansas\Content\Paks\~mods

    []Create ~mods folder if it doesn't exist

    []Then in-game, open console command and type 'mod add /Game/Mods/CharacterEditor/ModActor. ModActor_C'

    []Exit console command

    []Press P to display the character editor
