Map Retextures

I started this a while ago and quit, this is only partially done. Exteriors only since I don't know how to do the interiors (can't see through the ceiling and don't feel like expending the effort to make all the ceiling objects transparent in order to do it). But I like the ones I did so here it is anyway. Sometimes when you open the map, the image is really pixelated and ugly. Wait a second and it'll pop in. This has happened to me even with vanilla maps so I don't know what it's about or how to fix it. Map markers should mostly line up, I did my best to make the buildings in line, but it's not perfect.

I have to redo Scylla, the image I took is too crooked to include.

Put pak in Paks folder - TheOuterWorlds\Indiana\Content\Paks
