Makes the cow ship event always happen
I like the cows so this makes it so they're always there. You must have installed the power regulator. Also they won't show if you load the game in the Unreliable but if you travel somewhere and go back, they'll be there. They will be there even if there's another cargo event (like the mannequin events).
Place the pak in your paks folder - TheOuterWorlds\Indiana\Content\Paks
