Spicy Handgun Rework

While not as dramatically increased in range as rifles (most handgun rounds are effective within 75 meters, not half a mile) there is increased range in all handgun ammo.

Every ammo type was buffed (no nerfs) from very slight, swinging its use to be closer to it's name (hollow point, FMJ, soft point/flat nose), to a little more major for those rounds that can go completely through 3 ballistic gel blocks.

Just having high penetration doesn't necessarily mean the animal will instantly die, like the Spicy Rifle rework, this one more so brings the 'soft' tips (in this case flat nose) up to be as good as hunting as it is meant to be. You would really use a FMJ as a first choice in hunting..typically. Despite the claims you 'need this to stop a charging bear penetration is best!' it might deter a bear from pain or even death, yes, but to strategically kill it on my terms, give me something that expands, please!

(However expanding handgun rounds are actually illegal in many places. Flat nose still do a decent punching job despite not having the expansion of even a . 410 slug.)

Like the Spicy Rifle Rework, the maximum fired range actually depends on the ammo's tip, to an extent. Sometimes the difference is subtle, sometimes more noticeable. Flat nose will fly less farther than FMJ, and each gun will have a different feeling. However ALL rounds were increased in range from their vanilla values.

In real life, FMJ is much more accessible and less expensive, but the game's prices do not reflect this and I've opted not to change them.
