open steam and go to offline mode. this must be done in order to change files.
copy ....fog of war 11 and found_icons 11
C:\Users\your username\Documents\Avalanche Studios\COTW\Saves\your long game number
and paste both files.
when promted overwrite both files.
start the game and fast travel.
then close the game and start steam in online mode.
steam will ask you to upload files to their server..
