DC Z51 Scorpion MK3

The Scorpion is a heavy reconnaissance unit constructed by the Diolysis corporation to serve as a capable, large tech that has excellent maneuverability, durability, and firepower whilst also keeping costs relatively low. MK3 of the Scorpion shares a similar hull with its previous two iterations, though it has numerous changes that give it far more durability and a sharper, cleaner look. However, the meaningful changes begin with its internals, which has been entirely revamped. It still retains its core of 9 Megareactor batteries, though the numerous hawkeye blocks and batteries surrounding it have been replaced with the far more efficient better future batteries. Aside from this, the fuel supply has been nearly doubled, and the antigravity gun counters have been reworked, along with a separate light antigravity system in the middle and rear of the tech. The antigravity counter systems keep the tech anchored to the ground, and still immune to attacks from the antigravity gun, though it greatly lightens the rear of the tech. This, combined with thrust, allows the tech to make turns far quicker and sharper than expected from a tech its size, and allows it to easily out-maneuver other techs in its class. This also allows the Scorpion to easily traverse terrain, even lacking thrust from the boosters. While the Scorpion's maneuverability is admirable, and makes it a joy to control, its main draw is its heavy firepower. 8 Naval cannons act as the tech's main barrage, along with a host of cruise missiles and battleship cannons. The Scorpion's main weaponry is backed up by a litany of smaller, rapid-fire weapons, including anti-aircraft weaponry.
