  []Added fallow up for ewgf rage drive. Now can be used as launcher, combo filler and wall splat combo

Added 2 rage drives:

• []df2,f(instantly)

  []f1+2->1(guarantees air throw if oponent is airborne

  []Changed reactions: b1; b4; df2; db1+2

  []d3+4->1 now hits and flips grounded oponent -Changed many moves frames and damage

- df+2 is 15f fast now

- ws 1, 1 is -19 on block

- b2 doesnt knock down oponent on hit anymore. Homing Ch launcher

- b4 homing, doesnt knock down oponent on hit anymore

- b1, 2 dmg reduced to 32

- b3+4 removed

- u/f3+4 1, 1, 2 damage increased

- df3 is now 15 frames

- df1+2 gives fallow up on nh, launches on ch

- F3+4, 1+2 grab lowered hitbox to extend combo damage
