Replacer VS. Expansion

This mod is available as either an EPL expansion set or a Texture Replacer/Art Expander mod replacing the base game's files. The EPL version has all of the same content, INCLUDING everything from the bonus expansion, except for the manga, which will uploaded as their own set later on.

Make sure you download the correct prerequisite mods for whichever version you are using.

Music Battlers is a custom made card set featuring characters from various music-themed series. Each pack type from the base game, along with its related accessories, has been replaced with a set representing a different series, for a total of 8 featured series (plus a secret 9th series for Ghost cards). The 8 main sets in order of rarity include:

  What Is Replaced?

  Nearly all Tetramon items have been replaced. All cards have unique art for each of the different rarities, for a total of 6 different variants for each card (plus a foil version of each). All art is sourced from the games and media of each series. Card designs and the various texture designs were all done by me, no AI involved.

  What Is Not Replaced?

  3d Modeling is a bit beyond what I'm willing to learn for a casual mod, so there are no replacements for Figures, Statues, or the Tetramon Shelf. There are no plans to add replacements for these. I recommend pulling figures from another texture replacer mod and using those.

  Posters have also not been replaced because, straight up, I didn't feel like it lol. I recommend just using the big card projectors, it feels silly to spend work on 70+ different posters when those look so nice.

  I also did not replace the base game's music (I know, a music-themed mod without music, how dare I? lol). I nearly always play with the game's audio on mute so its a bit hard to get the motivation for something I won't use myself, not to mention I have no idea where I'd start with how much music there is available to choose from.

  Make sure you have all prerequisites installed before starting.
