Movable Light Switch

WHAT IT DOES

Normally the light switch is fixed to the wall and can never be moved. This mod turns it into a movable object. Look at the switch, press your Move Object key, and it comes off the wall. Walk to any wall and aim at it: the switch follows your aim and turns green wherever it can be placed. Click to hang it there. It still works exactly like before, so click it to turn the shop lights on and off. The new spot is remembered for that save the next time the game saves.

- Pick up the light switch with your Move Object key, the same one you use for shelves - Snaps to walls using the game's own wall-decoration placement. It turns green wherever a poster could go

- Stays upright and flush against the wall wherever you put it

- The position is saved per save slot whenever the game saves. Quit without saving and the move is undone

- Press Ctrl + Shift + L to put the switch back where it started

REQUIREMENTS

INSTALLATION

1. Install BepInEx if you haven't already

2. Extract the download into your game folder, so that the file ends up at:

BepInEx\plugins\MovableLightSwitch\MovableLightSwitch.dll

3. Start the game and load your save

Press F1 in-game (Configuration Manager), or edit

BepInEx\config\MovableLightSwitch.cfg:

- Rotation Offset: turns the switch around when you place it. Set it to 180 if it faces the wall

- Wall Gap: nudges the switch away from or into the wall if it floats or clips

- Reset Position Key: change the reset shortcut

UNINSTALLING Delete the MovableLightSwitch folder from BepInEx\plugins. The switch goes back to its normal spot. Your saves are never touched: positions are stored separately in

BepInEx\config\MovableLightSwitch.

COMPATIBILITY

- Should have no incompatibility
