Grading Overhaul Community Patch - No Fake and Black Label

Description

Grading Overhaul Community Patch is a standalone Harmony patch for Grading Overhaul.

This patch fixes the issue where cards can be forcibly graded as FAKE when using the Instant Grading or Probability System options.
