If you want to hire better employees, but not sure how much is fair or just cheating, use this preset for the mod Custom Workers.
All workers are generally faster and cheaper, the most expensive employee works as fast as the player character. Wages have been changed to be more realistic.
Requires the original mod to work, this is just a preset for that mod.

It's clear that the original philosophy was for workers to feel much slower than working yourself, but this results in workers feeling useless overall. With this preset, workers become a more welcome addition to your shop who can eventually work just as efficiently as you can. Hiring fees and unlock levels are unchanged to preserve normal progression. Higher tier workers are still much better than lower tiers. Wages are lower overall and more realistic, since most of the game is based on actual American retail prices.
