(OUTDATED) Sea truck modules don't slow you down

!!! WARNING: unfortunately this mod will no longer work with newer versions of the game. I would love to rewrite it one day in the future when I have time, but unfortunately if I do I don’t expect it to be soon — I recently had a baby so my priorities have shifted a bit. I found myself skipping out on using some of the less useful, but nice to have, attachments for my sea truck because they just weren't worth the extra penalty to speed. Now you can make your truck homier without making it more sluggish to drive.

This is my first mod -- feedback is very welcome!

Installation instructions:

Option A - Installation with Vortex:

• [] Install Vortex mod manager. Add Subnautica: Below Zero as a game to Vortex (if you're not sure how to do this, see the docs here).

  [] Install QModManager4 via the "Mod manager download" button on the mod files page.

  [] Install SMLHelper Zero via the "Mod manager download" button on the mod files page.

• []After installing the dependencies above, go to the "Files" tab of this mod page and select "Mod manager download".

  []You're done!

  Option B - Manual Installation:

  • [] If you haven't already, install QModManager4 following the instructions on the mod page.

    [] If you haven't already, Install SMLHelper Zero following the instructions on the mod page.

  • []After installing the two dependencies above, extract the files from this mod into the QMods folder within your game directory.

    ---> If you installed the game via Steam, your game directory is most likely "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SubnauticaZero". (If you don't see the QMods folder, you may have to run the game once so it can be created.)

  • You're done!
