Beacon Color Picker

Tired of only having a few preset colors for your beacons? This mod adds a full-spectrum HSV color picker to the PDA Beacon Manager, letting you assign any color you want to beacons, signals, and other pings.

•   []HSV Color Picker — Hue, Saturation, and Brightness sliders with a rainbow gradient on the hue bar

  []Live Preview — See your selected color in real-time before applying

  []Works Everywhere — Custom colors appear on both HUD waypoints and PDA entry icons

  []Persistent — Custom colors survive game restarts and work across all save files

  []Non-Destructive — Selecting a preset color dot clears the custom color. Uninstalling reverts all beacons to their last preset. No save files

  are modified.

•   []Open the PDA and go to the Beacon Manager tab

  []You'll see a new color dot after the existing 5 presets on each entry

  []Click it to open the color picker

  []Adjust the H/S/V sliders to dial in your color

  []Click Apply to set it, or Close to cancel

  Installation

  •   []Install BepInEx 5 for Subnautica

    []Drop BeaconColorPicker.dll into BepInEx\plugins\BeaconColorPicker\

    []Launch the game

    Configuration

    Custom colors are stored in BepInEx\config\com.adam.beaconcolorpicker.json. This file is independent of your save files.

    Delete it to reset all custom colors.

      []Should work alongside most other mods. Potential conflicts only with mods that also patch the ping entry color system.
