ACU Passivity Disabler BZ

As you may know, ACUs make creatures passive. This mod disables that functionality, so predators will now eat prey, mesmers will mesmerize, brinewings will shoot ice, etc. Basically every creature in captivity will now act as they do out in the wild.

Pictured in some of the media posts is a predation event between a Cryptosuchus and a Bruteshark. That is not part of this mod. That is from another mod I'm working on, I just included it as an example of predators regaining their aggression in captivity. Media is only from BZ for now but this has been confirmed to work on SN1 as well.

There is currently no off switch to this short of uninstalling the mod, so separate predators from prey unless you really want to experiment. I personally have always wanted to use ACUs as an experiment tank and pretend I'm a real marine biologist in the briny deep of 4546B. Now we can.

This does not affect aquariums, because those have their own logic (they basically just put the fish on rails and move them around randomly). Really want to see if I can make this apply to aquariums though, but then I'd have to rewrite how aquariums work.

• []I don't know if egg laying still works. I haven't been able to test this much. If you've seen it work, please let me know.

  Future plans:

  • []Enable scanning a creature in an ACU so you don't have to chase them around in the wild to do it. I mean, it just makes sense that you should be able to do that right?
