Night Vision Chip upgrade is available from the standard fabricator player equipment category. Once built it will take up one of your player's chip slots, meaning this competes for 2 slots with Compass and Scanner Room HUD chip. While installed night vision will be enabled. Toggle key (configurable in Mod Options menu) defaults to 'N' can be used to activate/deactivate the chip.
