Adds a new oxygen tank crafted with (entirely configurable!) 2x ultra high capacity tanks, 1x ion battery, and 2x synthetic fibers, which provides 6 minutes (360 seconds) of oxygen. This tank is intended to be for mid-to-late game convenience.
