You can use this mod to make databank entries easily by editing the json file found on the example folder.
There are a few configs settings that you can edit!
You will find some text like this inside the json file:

You will want to copy the folder of example and change the key, path, title, body, important and synthesized from start, and image path.

[]The key is a unique internal ID. (Keep it diffrent from any other databanks keys.)

]The path is where the entry is located. (Etc. Lifeforms/Flora) If you do not use a valid entry path, it will create a new one and it kinda looks bad[]The title is like as it says, it's a title.
[]The body is what text the entry contains.
[]The image path is what you can use to make an entry with images.
[]Important is whether if it plays a sound or not
- Synthesized from start changes if the entry is already unlocked.
