Psycho ED and VFX Pack

*Working with the Elena patch.

ED overtaken by psycho power.

ED C1 recolors and vfx. Options to add VFX and change SA3 are available.

The vfx and SA3 options will be applied to all costumes.

(Shirtless version requires a separate mod)

Effects and motion of some moves are changed but do not affect online. (Only you can see the changes like any other mod)

There are some janky places, but that's just the limit of keeping the game's integrity (i.e., making it viable for online play) while changing the appearance.

Changes from base ED:

- Idol stance/parry/walk/step (optional)

- Adds SiN Bison VFX (optional)

- SA3 (optional, very janky and sound is still ED's)
