Evil Ryu and VFX Pack

Updated to Elena patch.

Ryu C2 recolor and vfx. The vfx will be applied to all costumes.

Effects and motion of some moves are changed but do not affect online. (Only you can see the changes like any other mod)

There are some janky places, but that's just the limit of keeping the game's integrity (i.e., making it viable for online play) while changing the appearance.

- Select/opening/intro/results screens for matches

- Results/Continue screen for arcade

- Idol stance/parry/walk/step

- Collarbone breaker (6MP/6M) Motion

- Overall VFX color

- Shoryuken

- Hashogeki

- Shinku Hadoken

- Shin Akuma VFX (optional)

*Incompatible with mods that change the Shin Akuma's, Ryu's, and Ken's VFX.
