Stranded Deep Motor Fuel Tweaks

Motor Fuel Tweaks makes Boat Motor fuel consumption configurable in Stranded Deep.

Instead of always using the vanilla fuel drain, you can choose how much fuel the Boat Motor consumes while running.

The setting can be adjusted from 0% to 100% of vanilla consumption in 5% steps.

The default value is 50%.

FUEL CONSUMPTION

→ Vanilla Boat Motor fuel consumption

→ Approximately half the vanilla fuel consumption

→ Approximately one quarter of the vanilla fuel consumption

→ No Boat Motor fuel is consumed while the motor is running

Any value between 0% and 100% can be selected in 5% increments.

BOAT MOTOR ONLY

Motor Fuel Tweaks only changes fuel consumption by the Boat Motor.

It does not modify:

• Fuel Cans

• Fuel Still

• Fuel production

• Fuel storage

• Other vehicles or resources

LOCAL SPLIT-SCREEN

The fuel multiplier is global to the game session.

In local split-screen both players therefore use the same Boat Motor fuel-consumption setting.

The setting is applied to Boat Motors themselves rather than to an individual player.

IN-GAME SETTINGS

Motor Fuel Tweaks integrates with Stranded Deep Mod Settings.

Install Stranded Deep Mod Settings to configure fuel consumption directly in game through:

Options → MODS → MOTOR → Fuel Consumption

The slider ranges from 0% to 100% in 5% steps.

The value can be changed while the game is running.

Russian and English interface text is included.

WITHOUT MOD SETTINGS

Stranded Deep Mod Settings is optional.

Motor Fuel Tweaks continues to work without it.

The same value can be configured through the normal BepInEx configuration file:

Accepted range:

0. 0 → 1. 0

SAVE SAFETY

Motor Fuel Tweaks does not modify the Stranded Deep save file.

The selected value is stored only in the BepInEx configuration.

MANUAL INSTALLATION

1. Install BepInEx 5 for Stranded Deep if it is not already installed.

2. Close Stranded Deep.

3. Extract the archive into the Stranded Deep game directory.

4. Allow the included BepInEx folder to merge with your existing BepInEx folder.

5. Start the game.

Default fuel consumption is 50% of vanilla.

Install Stranded Deep Mod Settings to configure the mod directly in game:

Options → MODS → MOTOR → Fuel Consumption

UNINSTALLATION

Close Stranded Deep and remove the StrandedDeepMotorFuelTweaks plugin folder from BepInEx/plugins.

Restart the game.

Boat Motor fuel consumption will return to normal vanilla behavior.
