Stranded Deep Infinite Fire Torch

Infinite Fire Torch makes Stranded Deep's vanilla Fire Torch burn indefinitely.

Normally, a Fire Torch consumes its fuel while it is lit and eventually becomes unusable.

This mod removes that fuel consumption.

Light the torch normally and use it as usual — while Infinite Fire Torch is installed, its fuel will no longer decrease.

HOW IT WORKS

Infinite Fire Torch modifies the behavior of the existing Stranded Deep Fire Torch.

It does not add a replacement torch or a separate custom item.

The normal Fire Torch remains the same game object, but its fuel is preserved while burning.

The Fire Torch is useful as a permanent light source around camps, bases and other frequently used areas, but its limited fuel makes long-term decorative or practical lighting inconvenient.

Infinite Fire Torch removes that maintenance requirement while leaving the rest of the torch behavior intact.

SIMPLE BY DESIGN

There are no new crafting recipes, fuel items or replacement objects.

The mod only changes Fire Torch fuel consumption.

Install it and existing Fire Torches can be used as permanent light sources.

IN-GAME SETTINGS

Infinite Fire Torch integrates with Stranded Deep Mod Settings.

Install Stranded Deep Mod Settings to control the mod directly in game through:

Options → MODS → FIRE TORCH → Infinite Fuel

The setting can be switched on or off at runtime without restarting the game.

Infinite Fire Torch still works without Mod Settings. In that case, the same option can be changed through the BepInEx configuration file.
