Dr. Burke, the GeMod Manager

When the best leader’s work is done, the people say, ‘We did it ourselves!’” – Lao Tzu, philosopher Dr. William Burke is the one person people turn to when they need something done right, quickly and quietly. He may or may not be the Director General of a certain blacksite facility, but as long as he's an problem solver, everyone seems to be turning a bling eye to his "miscellaneous" activity. Or at least they did until the day the tracking beacon on his ship went dark. Original Mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2943360609
