He may not the sharpest tool in the shed, but people have got to eat - and when it comes to that, Esteban is the man. He can turn the most unlikely ingredients into wonder dishes. A good chef never reveals too much about his craft, but Esteban's secrets are simple: he handpicks anything he puts in his pot, grows most of the crops and never ceases bickering Holt about using the shovel instead of the rake.
