Increased Trait Limit

Very small mod. All it does is just increase trait limit to 20. It does not give more trait points or create new traits. Will work great with some other mods. Especially those which will give more trait points with genetics research. Like Stellar Expansion - Genetics. Made for me and my friends online play. But there is nothing against using this mod by anybody else. Have fun. UPD: Updated for 1. 9.* (better later than never) and going to leave it as a legacy one. For 2. 0 version use this version - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1313286534 . Actually both are virtually the same. But as a matter of convenience let there be two mods.
