📋 About This Mod
This mod relaxes the requirements for many civics and origins, allowing more freedom in customizing your own empires. So if you want to create Fanatical Purifiers that also like being egalitarian for some reason, or a Warrior Culture that has shunned expansionism and wants to form a big happy federation, you can. It also unlocks most of the special civics (Fanatical Purifier, Devouring Swarm, etc) so you can switch to and from them mid-game. See the wiki for more details. Some of these changes may now be overpowered. I will not change this, since I tend to prioritize roleplaying over balance. Thanks @SacremPyrobolum for the original idea (Inclusive Fanatical Purifiers).
