Dark Skies

"Space is disease and danger wrapped in darkness and silence!" -- Dr. Leonard McCoy This mod changes the skybox in most solar systems to be darker and more realistic. The vanilla skybox, which is filled with colorful gas clouds, will now only appear in systems located within nebulae. Systems inside the L-Cluster will have a completely black skybox, since the cluster lies outside the galaxy. Should be compatible with most mods, although mods that change the appearance of stars and system maps may be incompatible.
