Half maintenance | ships & stations

This mod is no longer supported. This mod changes the monthly cost for: Research-, Mining- and Observation stations Science- and Construction ships Military ships Colony ships The maintenance for said structures / ships is half of the normal amount. For 2. 0.* (This is my first ever mod, feel free to use it and comment if you find anything missing or not working.
