United Aurora Federation Namelist & Emblems

NSC3 compatible. I've been playing with the UAF portraits mod and didn't really have any good namelists or emblems to match, so I decided to try my hand at modding Stellaris. I gathered the names from the UAF's mod files and the creator's artwork of the faction. There are a few extra names I added for myself and friends but they should fit with the originals. This is my first mod for the game so if there are any errors let me know and I'll look into it.
