AoF and EaCC Patch

This Patch removes the few conflicts between Age of Federation and Ethics and Civics Classic The New Ethics will now be concidered by the AI, but it wont propperly show in tooltips. To also patch that in would be too much work for me. More importantly the Policy Requirements where in a direct conflict and i hopefull accuratly resolved those. currently works with both 4. 3 and 4. 4 versions of both mods. Load Order place this patch after both AoF and EaCC in the load order. I believe the order of the Other two mods does not matter. do you enjoy my mods? awesome! the next part is totally unrelated to that. if you want to buy the Modder a coffee that would be pretty cool. but not as cool as you enjoying the mod already.
