I hate that I forget to spend my minor artifacts. I always end up with too many and not enough of those sweet bonuses! Now you can automatically reverse engineer rare artifacts whenever the timer is up! Simply activate the (free and eternal) edict when you have the reverse-engineering technology, and wait. Tweaks and Spanish(espaniol) translation by Darh.
