Tripple Bugfix for the Current Plentifull Traditions Mod. Only use This mod for the time being as it contains the Main Mod with fixes. Fixes Game Freeze related to Neural Implant Tech (Thanks for Helping Alan Kraskow) Added Fix for Hivemind Edict Cost counting positive in the Minus ( -27/-146) by truehiddenevil Fixes Clone Vats and Clone Vats not applying new Planet Limits after Finishing Tradition "cloning" (Fix found by Kavvan Shrike) Enjoy and hopefully this wont be needed very long.
