📋 About This Mod
WARNING: MADE FOR V 3.10 (ANDROMEDA). DOES NOT FUNCTION ON LATEST VERSION (for now). - OBJECTIVE It always bothered me how some of the civics in vanilla stellaris are... boring compared to the ones added in later DLCs. For example, Mining Guilds just adds +1 to all miner mineral outputs, which is useful, certainly, but I feel that having a bunch of mining moguls hold sway over the political apparatus would do a lot more than just make miners work better. Because of that, I cooked up this small mod to spice up those civics that I believe don't have much going on, adding bonuses, penalties, and effects that I believe would make sense with what the civic supposedly does in-universe. - STANDARD CIVICS Idealistic Foundation Mining Guilds Merchant Guilds Byzantine Bureaucracy Efficient Bureaucracy Masterful Crafters Philosopher King Meritocracy Police State Parliamentary System Corvee System Imperial Cult Exalted Priesthood Beacon of Liberty Functional Architecture Cutthroat Politics Heroic Past Slaver Guilds - CORPORATE CIVICS Media Conglomerate Free Traders Brand Loyalty Indentured Assets Precision Cogs - HIVE MIND CIVICS Natural Neural Network One Mind Pooled Knowledge - MACHINE INTELLIGENCE CIVICS Factory Overclocking Maintenance Protocols Rockbreakers Unitary Cohesion Built to Last Full list of changes can be found in the "Description" text file in the mod folder (Mod ID = 3266014944) - COMPATIBILITY This mod edits vanilla buildings, planet specializations, civics (obviously), jobs, citizenship types, living standards, and traits, so it is guaranteed to be incompatible with other mods that do the same. - DLC REQUIREMENTS This mod is not dependent on any particular DLC to function, but certain civics, as well as certain elements of certain modified civics, will be made unavailable with the absence of certain DLCs.
