Gigastructure Alterations 3.14

I made this mod so i can actually fight the blokkats due to me not being able to run 2300+ so don't expect this to be balanced with base settings Gigastrucutres & UI Overhaul are both required for the mod to function properly. If you have any recommended changes or new civics/traits I would be happy to look into it. ~Current Origin Changes~ Decaying Birch World main situation now progresses ~10x faster ~Megastructure Changes~ Birch Worlds are much closer to the "pinnacle of engineering" idea (unsure if this applies to the void birch) - 100% output from jobs per 100 pops Alderson Disks have been significantly improved - 1000% job output Frame Worlds have recived the same buff as Alderson Disks - 1000% job output New Origin - Awakened Precursor: Start on a complete Alderson Disk - Artistic Masterpiece: Start on a Planetary Computer surrounded by gaia worlds - Observers: Start on a complete Birch World with an EHOF Ultima in the neighboring system
