A balance patch for my Star Trek Federation shipset and New Ship Classes 2. It makes the extra ship sections added by the Federation shipset to have the same stats as the altered vanilla sections changed by NSC2:S7. Make sure to place the patch below the shipset mod in the mod load order. You do not need this patch to use the shipset with NSC2:S7 It just makes the extra ship sections of comparable power level and cost so they're not woefully underpowered.
